Forest Enterprises would normally have investment opportunities in both new and existing forests to suit most budgets. However, the 2010 Government budget announced changes to the existing qualifying company regime which was passed into legislation in December 2010. As a result our forest investments are currently transitioning into a new Limited Partnership regime. Until this is completed, probably April 2012, there will be no investment opportunities available. Qualifying Companies Transition
As part of the transition from Qualifying Companies, the Financial Markets Authority have granted Forest Enterprises an Exemption from the need to issue a prospectus and this Exemption can be downloaded here.
